A few of the watercolors I did in art this year. We also did a large piece that I am actually quite proud of, but it is based off art on DA and done unfortunately without permission, so I will not post it up here and claim it as my own concept. These here are small.
The project was to practice with watercolors and a silhouette in black tempera paint, but only two of the ones here follow the guidelines.
My favorite is the one on the top left. The top right was a preview of the acrylic painting that I'm going to post up soon... The bottom left was practice, and the bottom right was pop art.. I wanted to do a buffalo, and some concentric circles, then paint splatter, but then I had a tragic realization! the circles were targets and the splatters were blood and ohoh it was horrible!
references used. all my mom's photos except the bonsai tree.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
